Who can participate?

Anyone can participate in the 5K Walk/Run/Ride!  Although this event is primarily meant to restore and repurpose the hearts and minds of hurting and abused women, men and youth are encouraged to participate.

How much is the event registration?

Registration is FREE!*

*Our I Am Enough Walk/Run/Rides are free* to the public with a distance of 5k. However, we do encourage fundraising. Participants who raise $100 or more are eligible for a T-shirt and other great prize incentives! You can walk/run/ride as an individual or with a team (teams are 3 + You, or more)!

Do I have to raise money to walk/run/ride?

Nope, but if you raise the suggested $100 in donations you’ll receive our official I Am Enough t-shirt.  We also have other prize incentives for you or your team when you reach higher fundraising goals!  And don’t forget, all donations that you raise go directly to fund crisis mentoring, I Am Enough programs, and additional 5K walk/run/rides!
